Clair was born in 1985 in Seminole, Florida. And from the beginning she was always creating and wanting to learn more. At first for her everything was about singing...... "when I grow up I want to be a singer" is what she told everyone. When she turned 7, her grandmother started giving her piano lessons. Music was everything, but then that lead to other things. Musicals and shows which had backstage work and behind the scenes which she had never seen before. 

In high school she joined as many theater classes and after school shows as possible. This is where she started to get involved in everything she could.....helping design/build back drops and sets, making costumes, doing hair and make-up, and choreographing dances. As well as all that she was also in choir, and even played in the band when they needed help. She learned a lot all by trial and error from each year. But her last two years of school she decided to do Cosmetology school. So she graduated school with a trade and was in the real world. Next she started working at Hooters were she learned about modeling. Just through showing interest in the calendars and bikini contests people told her to try modeling. That's when the first photo shoot happened. 

After this is when her travels began and she moved away from her home in sunny Florida. Their wasn't much to do other than work. So she decided to dabble more in sewing and got her first sewing machine. A lot more years of trial and error were to happen since she never had the funds for learning from others. So she did as much research as possible and made anything that inspired her from her favorite movies, to gowns for the Hooters bikini contests.  

The travels and situations did not work out in the end so she journeyed back home to Tampa. She then decided to get involved in as much as possible to learn all she could. She joined a Burlesque troop that lasted for about 3 years. She was able to sing again, and practice choreography skills, and costuming of course. She joined the Bay Area Renaissance Festival, where she learned more about period fashions and made multiple pieces for herself and others. She also learned acting in the round and changed her martial arts training into stage combat as well as fighting with multiple different weapons. Which lead to fighting in other shows with different environments. Things were moving fast at this point.
 After all this time and all the years of sewing and working with so many styles and materials she learned through all this that this style of costuming had a name and it was popular now....Cosplay! After learning this, she now had conventions and other reasons to dive in and make what ever she wanted. She joined an entertainment group for charity work and birthday parties as a super hero, princess and mermaid. Seeing kids faces light up the way they do when she dressed as there favorite character was in her words indescribable! So she got involved even more and joined groups such as the Heroes Alliance for children's hospital visits, M.U.C.H. Foundation, and many more.

Her favorite character to this day is Wonder Woman. Ever since a group of friends told her she would make a great Wonder Woman and taught her all about dc comics, she hasn't looked back. She's been asked to do multiple charities as well as commercial work, shows, and much more, Now her focus is all on learning as much as she can in the entertainment world! She has been modeling more regularly to stay fresh and display more of her sewing. She is attending more conventions to better network herself. She has been doing more research outside of fabric to better hers and others cosplay. She has moved onto sculpting, leather work, silicone molding, and multiple other techniques for armor and more. Her hopes are to keep moving forward and learn as much as she can so she can continue to pursue one of her many ambitions.
